From the Online stores menu, you can define the settings of the external online store. The settings can be used to define, for example, the store's product menus and featured products. The online store is not part of Haulbag.

FINDING AN ONLINE STORE

Online stores can be searched by the online store ID or part of the name. With a custom search, you can search for online stores with any online store information.

E-COMMERCE INFORMATION

The basic information of the online store includes:

Name of the online store The name of the online store in plain language. Used in online store search.
Person in charge The person in charge of orders from the online store.
Cost center Cost center for orders from the online store.
Customer relationship Customer relationship of customers coming from the online store.
Show zero products If selected, the online store will also show products that are not in stock. If unchecked, products with a zero balance will not be displayed.
View stock levels If selected, the online store will show the product balances in the product information.
Overselling allowed If selected, the Online Store allows you to order more products than the products are in stock.
Description Free-form description of the online store. Products are selected for the online store by first creating product groups and product subgroups. The product groups are displayed as defined by the online store. Once the product groups and subgroups have been created, you can add products to the subgroups by clicking Add products above the product listing. Individual products can be selected out of view or out of sale.

Secure e-commerce e-mail domains tell the e-commerce store which e-mail ID users can be approved as users of the e-commerce store without separate approval. If the user's email address is not in secure email domains, the user must be separately approved as a user of the Online Store from among the users of the Online Store.

E-COMMERCE USERS

Online store users can be searched by name, email address and online store.

If the user's email address has not been added to the secure email domains of the online store, the user will not be able to access the online store until the user's access has been approved. This is done by pressing "Accept access".

The access to the online store can be removed from the user by clicking "Remove access".
