Search Fields

Product Search

There are two options for searching: four quick search fields on the left, and freely created search criteria on the right.

Quick search fields

  • Article number: The field searches for products based on the product product number. Partial hits are also taken into account, e.g. A search for "00Example" finds "00Example11". Product numbers can be separated by a comma. E.g. 111,222,333,997
  • EAN: field searches for products based on the product's EAN code. Partial hits are also taken into account.
  • Name: field searches for products based on the product name. Partial hits are also taken into account.
  • Responsible person: The field searches for products based on the responsible person of the product. Partial hits are also taken into account.
  • From - To End time frame limit.
  • Product type

Quick search criteria can be freely combined. In this case, the search results must meet all the given search criteria.

"Search by Groups" allows grouping according to the groups defined for the product. Select the group information and press the add button. The selection moves to the "group searches" box on the right. Several of these can be added. "Clear" removes the added conditions.

tag search fields can be entered in the product information if necessary, even more in the search list. They can be used as a restriction/grouping.

  • Colors can be searched using free search criteria, which otherwise work in the same way as in the product search, Except that a new option will appear in the search bar, where you can select the color information field from which the search will be performed.
  • Clicking on the latest order opens the latest order details page
  • By clicking on the last action, the details page of the latest order opens

Stock Lists

Inventory lists can be searched and created from the menu that opens under the "inventory" link in the top menu. Inventory lists can be searched by the name of the inventory group, and filtered by the inventory group author.

Inventory lists consist of several lists of inventory groups. These lists are displayed at the top of the inventory list page. Each list can contain multiple inventory groups. The inventory list search works in such a way that it searches all products that belong to all the inventory groups contained in each list. E.g. If there is a stock list with two lists: Shirts, Pants, which each contains two groups Shirts: T, Hawaii, Pants: Jeans, Chino, then the stock list will retrieve all products that are T-shirts AND Hawaiian shirts OR Jeans AND Chinos.

Inventory lists have three groups of settings: Common settings, Excel settings and Pdf settings. Common settings affect both excel and pdf printouts, and excel and pdf settings affect their own printouts respectively.

In the common settings, you can filter products based on their stock availability, Select whether to display the product by size or aggregate, and choose whether to display only products for sale

Excel settings are divided into two parts. In the first settings, you can choose whether to print product group headings. These refer to the names of the inventory list group lists. The sales interval tells you from which time interval the sales amounts are printed in Excel. Under the Printable data heading, you can choose which information about the found products will be printed in Excel.

In the PDF settings, you can choose the title of the pdf printout, as well as select the information to be printed, and the size of the grid to be printed.

Price calculations

Price calculations can be searched and created from the menu that opens under the "inventory" link in the top menu. Calculations can be searched from the active/processed/all menu, based on the person in charge, or narrow down the interval within which the price calculation has been made, or limit it based on which object the calculation is attached to.

The price calculation has basic information at the top, which affects all the lines of the calculation.

A single statement can have multiple lines for different quantities and prices for a product. Rows can be added by clicking the "create new" button. The new line has five lines that form the basis of the price calculation. In addition to these lines, you can add as many charges as you want, which will be included in the final price. When the rows are filled, press the save button to make the calculation.

custom search

The freely created search criteria have three selection fields: Search field, operator and search term. In the search field, you can choose which customer information to search from. The reference operator is selected from the operator.

Options include

  • '=' i.e. the equal operator that requires a perfect match. The operator also takes into account the font size.
  • '!=' i.e. the inequality operator that accepts everything except a perfect match.
  • '<', i.e. a less-than-operator that accepts anything less than a search criterion. Available only when searching numeric fields.
  • '>', i.e. greater than operator, which accepts anything greater than the search criterion. Available only when searching numeric fields.
  • '<=', i.e. less than or equal to operator, which accepts anything less than or equal to the search term. Available only when searching numeric fields.
  • '>=', i.e. greater than or equal to operator, which accepts anything greater than or equal to the search criterion. Available only when searching numeric fields.
  • 'contains' operator. Selects the results that contain the text of the search term. Ignores case sensitivity. Available only when searching for a subtitled exam.
