INVENTORY
Inventory value
Inventory value can be capped
- at the cost center
- In stock with a quantity of >0 or >=0
- At the selling price
- Date
- Search with groups
The report can also be exported to an Excel file.
Products for uninvoiced orders
The statistics return uninvoiced order lines. The statistics do not include order rows for orders in progress, nor order rows for cancelled orders.
The statistics can be limited by the date the order was created.
Open purchase order products
The statistics return all products from open purchase orders. In other words, the statistics do not include products on closed or invalidated purchase orders.
The statistics can be limited by the date of creation of the purchase order, or by selecting only products that have not been marked off in stock (only unarrived).
Shelf location
Pressing the Find button will display a list of shelf locations.
The rows show the existing shelf locations. The "+" button can be used to open a shelf location and the contents are displayed as a list. The names and colours of the products are presented as a table.
Alarm limits
The view can be selected:
- all
- no alarms
- alarm
The Search button is used to retrieve the information and display the list.
The blue fields in the rows can be used to "drill down" into product and color information, for example.
