Using the program via drop-down menus
At the top of the view, there is a horizontal bar that opens up several functionalities.
THE PROGRAM OPENS IN THE WORKSPACE/DASHBOARD VIEW
The main window can be accessed from the haulbag logo and the WORKSPACE menu header.
The Blue Texts windows contain links to the data processing window in question (drill down into the data).
The function buttons are like "Search".

The squares in the main window can be edited from the "gear" on the right side, from the editing window that opens. The content and order of the tiles can be moved to the desired order. Widgets are "dragged" from the grid list to the dotted boxes in the window or vice versa. Finally, Saving from the image of the "floppy disk" in the upper right corner of the screen.

- Workspace
- Dashboard – displays information about the user
- Status

- Search for all measures.
- Project
- Search view for projects. Projects can be searched by Name, Principal, Status, From, End, and Deadline.
- New project
- Establish a new project and provide basic information for the project: Name, Person in charge, Cost center, Status, Description, Start, Deadline and Additional information
- Hours
- Search view for project hours. The search fields are Project, Responsible person, From, End, Status
New hours are entered through a project action. For example: Workspace-Projects search. Let's open the project and save the hours from the blue link New Action.
- Users
- A list of users and user contact information.
- Company board
- Open the Sales pipeline view. The view includes an "overview" of sales functions, Leads, Contacts, meetings, requests for quotations, contract negotiations
